How we acquire properties
We purchase distressed properties primarily through home owners and real estate agents. We can offer short closing times without the hassle of waiting for financing to come through. The properties we buy are usually not eligible for conventional financing options through banks or mortgage companies. We bring them into compliance so conventional financing is an option for the buyer.
Ethics
We strive to ensure all parties involved, including sellers, real estate agents and contractors, are fairly compensated in a timely manner, and happy with the end result. We will work with sellers to determine a timeline that all parties can agree on.
